(CPCA Inc.) is to develop organization and community resident partnerships that create strategies that will provide quality affordable housing, access to life enhancing social resources, education and employment for target populations that include the elderly, low-income individuals/families, homeless and those at risk of homelessness.The ultimate goals for the residents, organization members and business owners alike includes enhanced quality of life, improved economic viability, increased independent life styles, sustainability and long lasting mutually beneficial partnerships. We stand behind our motto

CPCA, Inc. Service in Brooklyn  & the Bronx 

CPCA, Inc Enrichment Centers started in Brooklyn in 1996, it was soon discovered that coordinating services for local residents in a "one stop shopping" was the key to success for the indivduals and the community as a whole.

CPCA, Inc Enrichment Center's services are coordinated to maximize local community access to education, employment, social service, job placement, youth and senior services.

Services include:

• GED adult 21 and over
• Veterans Services and Housing 
• Youth Services 
• EMPLOYMENT TRAINING
• CDL Training (Commercial Drivers License Training)
free to those who qualify- learn to drive trucks & buses
• SENIOR EMPLOYMENT 55 yrs & over
• SOCIAL SERVICES
• Health insurance
• Medical Services
• Housing Assistance
• Intervention for at risk youth
