CPCA, Inc. - Low-Income Family Referral Services                                                 The 2000 U.S Census and recent independent surveys show waivering levels of poverty in the East New York Brooklyn area. The statstical reports may reflect high rate of poverty due to the inordinate number of shelters in the community. East New York Brooklyn has 40% more shelters and tier two residence than any other  location in New York.Community Partners Commission Association, Inc recognizes the need to address problems specifc to low-income families and individuals. Annually and average of 1,500 low income clients have recieved direct services and referrals that resulted in access to housing, educaton, social and business servces.The CPCA, Inc Resource and Referral Program will provide local and citywide resource and referral information to senior citizens from our specialized senior service director of affiliate organizationsClients are welcome to come in person to our Brooklyn Office @ 475 Riverdale Avenue (corner of Hinsdale St.) Brooklyn, N.Y. 11207. You can also contact at our website under Contact UsClient will receive information and referrals to a variety of businesses and social service. Local service referrals will be encouraged to increase the use of local service and enhancing the local economy.
